Our natural, secluded and unique marquee wedding venue in Buckinghamshire is a blank canvas on which to bring your vision to life, without compromise. Inspired by your personality, and your taste, we’re here to create bespoke wedding celebration experiences that you and your guests will never forget.
WHO ARE WE?
Ours is a story born of a love of the countryside and the woodlands spread across 2,000 acres. It’s the story of people whose roots are deeply planted, who care deeply for the countryside and who nurture a passion for nature, wildlife and environmental biodiversity.
The Boswell family has been associated with the area for hundreds of years. We pride ourselves on being caring stewards of this land. We are mindful of this special natural heritage and seek to pass it on in good heart. We are a mixture of the old and the modern, of traditional values hand in hand with the latest technology.
The North Crawley Estate is privately owned and occupied hence the limited number of dates available each year. The Estate is worked by the close-knit team you’ll meet below.

What we do
AT THE NORTH CRAWLEY ESTATE
The Estate offers guests the opportunity to share in the delights of unspoilt countryside which lies close to major conurbations. It’s only an hour away from London, Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge.
We are the ideal backdrop for all manner of events; from elegant weddings to magnificent parties; from summer drinks by the lake to fire-lit cosy meals in the woods.
Infuse yourself in our love of the land, good food and a party. Become part of our story and you’ll never want to leave.
The Estate has the traditional mix of arable, grass and woodlands. Our arable fields produce fine crops of Wheat, Barley, Oilseed Rape and Beans. We let our grass keep to livestock graziers and horse owners. The area covered by woodlands have doubled in the last 40 years and there is a huge range of types from young plantations to great stands of ancient semi-natural native oak woods. The Estate is famous for its wildlife corridors which connect different habitats across the whole area. We have over 20 acres of wild flowers and bird food mixes as a part of that that environmental programme. We also foster local employment through our portfolio of residential and commercial properties and our investments in renewable energy.
